What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Colorado Pest Solutions provides the pest services described in the estimate or service record you approve. General Pest Control may include inspection of accessible areas, identification of common pest activity, and treatment or prevention steps for the pests and locations listed in that document.

The agreement will identify any limits, preparation needs, and follow-up included. Work beyond that description requires a separate estimate and your approval.

Specialized work, structural repairs, sanitation, wildlife control, and treatment of pests not listed are not included unless separately agreed.

Pesticides are applied in accordance with product labeling and applicable law, including FIFRA, Colorado’s Pesticide Applicators’ Act (C.R.S. 35-10), and Colorado pesticide regulations (8 CCR 1203-2).

We follow applicable EPA container-disposal requirements and handle pesticide waste under relevant RCRA rules and Colorado requirements. Required hazard communication follows OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Applicable oversight may include the Colorado Department of Agriculture, EPA, OSHA, and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Transportation rules apply when relevant.

Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the scheduled date or arrival window and any access or preparation instructions.

Please make sure an adult can provide access when required, secure pets, and tell us about conditions that could affect safe entry or treatment. If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below.

Any cancellation fee or other charge applies only if it was disclosed and accepted when the appointment was booked or in the written estimate.

If we cannot safely access the property, weather or site conditions prevent the planned work, or a scheduling issue arises, we may contact you to arrange another time. A request to treat additional areas, address a different pest, or perform work outside the approved estimate is a scope change.

We will explain any change in work or price and obtain your approval before proceeding. No extra service is authorized by a technician’s recommendation alone.

Written Quotes and Payment Terms

An estimate describes the work we expect to perform, the areas or pest concerns covered, and the quoted charge. It is based on information available at the time of inspection or discussion; hidden conditions or a change in the requested work may affect the scope.

An estimate is not approval for work beyond what it describes. You may ask questions before accepting it, and service begins after you approve the estimate or otherwise authorize the stated work.

Payment is due as shown on the approved estimate, invoice, or other written service terms. We do not promise a price that has not been provided to you.

If inspection reveals a need for additional work, we will explain the proposed change and any added charge and get your approval before doing it. You are responsible for charges for work you authorized, subject to any written terms that apply.

Please contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the approved scope so we can review the service record and address the question.

What Our Service Commitment Covers

Colorado Pest Solutions does not promise a general warranty or a fixed period of pest elimination for every service. Any follow-up visit, retreatment, or workmanship coverage applies only when it is stated in writing in the estimate or service record for that job.

That document controls the covered pest, treated area, duration, and any conditions for requesting service. If no written warranty or follow-up commitment is listed, none is included beyond the work described and performed.

Coverage may depend on following preparation and safety instructions, maintaining access to treated areas, and addressing conditions identified during the visit. A written commitment may not apply to a new infestation, a different pest, untreated areas, structural or sanitation issues, or conditions outside our control.

Changes to the property or failure to follow stated instructions may also affect eligibility where the written terms say so. Contact us using the details below if you believe a written commitment applies; we will review the job record and explain the next steps. We will not imply coverage that was not agreed in writing.

Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions

To the extent allowed by law, Colorado Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. This limit does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, and it does not excuse duties imposed by applicable law.

We are not responsible for damage, infestation, or other conditions that existed before service, were outside the approved scope, or resulted from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Pesticide work is subject to applicable requirements, including FIFRA labeling and use rules, Colorado’s Pesticide Applicators’ Act (C.R.S. 35-10), and Colorado regulations (8 CCR 1203-2).

Nothing in these terms authorizes use contrary to a label or regulation. Applicable container disposal and pesticide-waste requirements, including relevant EPA and RCRA rules, remain in effect.

This section does not transfer or reduce any legal responsibility under those requirements. Please report a concern promptly so we can review the service details and respond.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or a completed service, contact Colorado Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@coloradopestsolutions.top. Mail may be sent to Republic Plaza, 370 17th St, Denver, CO.

Include the service address and appointment or invoice details when available so we can identify the relevant record. These terms apply along with any job-specific estimate or service document you approve; if a written job document addresses a specific service detail differently, that document governs that detail.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through our website or provided on request.

For scheduled or approved work, changes do not alter a previously agreed price or scope unless you approve a change or applicable law requires otherwise. If a material update affects future services, we will communicate it through a reasonable method, such as an updated website notice or direct message. Please review the terms before authorizing new work, or contact us if you need clarification.

I started in pest control as a field technician in the Denver area, learning how freeze-thaw cycles and older homes can bring rodents and insects indoors. I built this company to give Colorado homeowners clear inspections and treatment plans grounded in the conditions we see here.
